Privacy Policy
NIBIGAME · Last updated 2 September 2026
This policy explains what data our games collect, who receives it, and what control you have. It applies to Golf Hop and to every other game published by NIBIGAME on the App Store and Google Play.
In short: we do not ask for your name, email, or any account. The game itself sends nothing about you anywhere. The only data that leaves your device is sent by Google's advertising service, so that the game can show ads and stay free.
Information the game keeps on your device only
The game saves a few small settings in your device's local app storage. This information is never transmitted, never seen by us, and is deleted when you uninstall the game:
- Your best score
- Whether sound is muted
- Counters used to space out advertisements
Information collected and shared through advertising
Our games display advertisements through Google AdMob. To do this, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects the following and shares it with Google, which uses it to select and measure advertisements:
| Data | What it is | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifiers | Your device's resettable advertising identifier (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID) | Advertising and marketing |
| Approximate location | A coarse region — roughly city level — derived from your IP address. We never request GPS or precise location, and the app holds no location permission. | Advertising and marketing |
| App interactions | Advertising events, such as an ad being shown or tapped | Advertising and marketing |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, messages, calendar, health data, financial data, precise location, or browsing history. The games have no accounts and no sign-in, so there is nothing that identifies you personally.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- On iOS, the game asks for your permission before any tracking takes place. If you decline, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows a consent form before advertisements are loaded, provided through Google's User Messaging Platform. Declining means you see non-personalised advertisements rather than none.
- On any device, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time — Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising on iOS, or Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android. Doing so breaks the link between past advertising activity and your device.
- Uninstalling the game removes every setting it stored on your device.
Data retention and deletion
NIBIGAME operates no servers and holds no database. We store no personal data, so there is no account to close and no record of yours for us to delete. Data collected by Google for advertising is retained under Google's own retention policies, which you can review at the links above.
Security
All data transmitted from our games is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our apps permit no unencrypted network traffic.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. They are rated for ages 13 and over on both stores. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will act on it.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Continued use of our games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
